Refund policy
At NEXO Peak Form Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at support@peakformsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Hygiene-related products (nasal strips, mouth tape, whitening strips) once opened
